Entertaining Season – Canapés & Small Bites

May 21, 2024 | Food & Wine

Entertaining season is upon us and we are looking forward to celebrating both milestones and good weather with friends and family! For evenings when we are going to munch on an array of small bites with a myriad of flavors, we like to select wines that are so versatile they work with almost everything! Our Field White, Dry Rosé, and Extra Brut Sparkling Riesling fit the bill perfectly. In an ongoing partnership with Chef Nils Noren and photographer Paul Brissman, we’ve collaborated to develop recipes that pair exquisitely with our wines. In our latest recipe eBook we feature mini grilled cheese and mushroom sandwiches, pigs in a blanket, ginger and rice vinegar tomatoes with manchego cheese, smoked salmon tarts, and mini shrimp rolls on brioche bread! What could be more fun?
