Seated Wine Tasting
The classic Hermann J. Wiemer guided tasting. Our staff will be on hand to walk you through your tasting experience, helping you choose the wines most suited to your palate and providing you with information on our winery and winemaking practices. Wines are available à la carte to be shared amongst your party.
The Library
An exclusive private tasting of vintage wines from The Library at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard. This tasting takes you through a broad array of different styles, varieties and vintages. Each tasting includes a welcome sparkling wine followed by a collection of 5 vintage wines chosen by our team. Your educator will guide you through each library wine alongside information on its history and winemaking.
Your experience will last approximately 60 minutes. The total cost is $95 per person.

What To Expect On Your Visit
While we offer wine by the glass and bottle, our tastings are flexible experiences that allow you to design your own flight and mix and match with your friends and family. We offer a deep selection of our wines to choose from so our Wine Educators are on hand to guide you through your tasting experience.
To Note Before Your Visit:
- Reservations are highly recommended – the reservation should be for the total number in your party (including children or drivers).
- Walk-ins are always welcome if we are not fully booked. Please inquire with the host upon arrival for availability.
- Pets are welcome – we ask that they remain leashed and with you at all times
- Limos and buses are not permitted to park on the property

The Experience
Hospitality and education are at the heart of our tasting room experience and sharing our wine and knowledge with you is our most important goal, for what is the reason for producing wine if not to be enjoyed and shared?
Our staff is on hand to guide you through your tasting experience, providing you with information on our sustainable farming practices and our low intervention but meticulous winemaking practices. They will also present the legacy of our winery, and the historic shoulders we stand on.
The Environment
Stunning architectural spaces and sweeping vineyards set the stage for your experience. The tasting room and winemaking facility seamlessly connect, showcasing the gleaming stainless steel tanks of our winery.
Depending on the time of year, you will notice our winemaking team hustling and bustling in the background, blending and tasting wines, bottling, or hand-sorting grapes. Or perhaps on a quiet winter’s day you may hear the winery tanks abuzz with our indigenous yeast fermentations. We are thrilled to invite you into our world of wine and wonder.
