Who Can Order?
You must be at least 21 years of age to use Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard sites and purchase alcohol through Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard sales channels.
All alcohol listings are intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders, in its sole discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard can send wine right to your front door in forty-one different states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alabama, Idaho, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, Tennesee or Utah. For questions regarding shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico please contact the winery directly at (607) 243-7971.
Please allow 2-5 business days from the time your order is processed for delivery. West Coast orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days.
A person 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery depending on state law. Only persons 21 years of age and older are permitted to purchase alcohol on this site.
Taxes may apply based on the shipping address. Handling charges may apply depending on the delivery address State’s excise and handling fees.
Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard employs third party shipping services. We do not guarantee the date of arrival once shipments are processed and turned over to a third party shipper. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Hold Harmless
Wine sales are solicited, offered, accepted, made, and delivered by licensed wineries or retailers who receive all orders. To address possible state alcoholic beverage law concerns.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and content providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, or your use of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard Sites or Services.
Trademarks
The trademarks and service marks displayed on the Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard Sites and Services are the registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks and trade dress of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard and its licensors. For a list of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard trademarks and service marks please contact Member Services. In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard Sites and Services are trademarks, service marks or trade dress of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard in the U.S. and other countries. Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard’s trademarks, service marks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard. All other trademarks not owned by Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard that appear in any Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard.
