Winter “Wonder”land Week: The Cold Truth About Sparkling Wine

We only disgorge sparkling wine when the weather turns cold. We don’t work in the chill because we enjoy shivering in multiple layers, we do it because we must. Why? Come find out! Our team will disgorge sparkling wine by hand (as always), giving you a front row seat to the process. We’ll focus on our beloved 10-year disgorgement series of sparkling wines, which you’ll be the first to taste. You’ll also have the opportunity to label any bottles you want to take home.
