Open Doors: Wine & Cheese Pairing

“Tale as old as time; song as old as rhyme…” Wiemer wine and cheese! Come learn what makes this marriage so perfect. We’ll be pairing five of our very best current vintage wines with a number of cheeses from our friends at Muranda Cheese Company. Our wine educator and hospitality specialist, Victor will walk you through the steps of finding the perfect wine to pair with your cheese… or does the cheese pair with the wine?! Texture, taste, acidity, umami; what is the science behind the balance?
