Join us for an educational walk-through designed to demystify the nuances of winemaking. Winemaker Fred Merwarth is excited to share the thought processes behind the many decisions it takes to move from vine to wine, all while maintaining the style and high quality Hermann J. Wiemer is known for. Come with a clean palate, any questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and a thirst for knowledge!
