Harvest Cellar Tour

This harvest season join us for an interactive and educational walk through our bustling press pad and cellar to see the winemaking process at Hermann J. Wiemer first hand. We’ll guide you through the journey each grape takes on its path to become a bottle of delicious, Finger Lakes wine. Each tour offers a unique experience, but we can promise wine tastings and behind-the-scenes access where you can ask your burning questions. meet our harvest and production teams and watch the 2025 vintage come to life.

To taste through our full lineup of wines please make a separate tasting reservation. We’d suggest 1:30pm as the tasting room will be closed by the conclusion of the Cellar Tour.
