Classic Kabinett Event: Winter “Wonder”land Sweet Finale: A Noble Select Seminar

We’ll conclude Winter “Wonder”land Week with a Classic Kabinett Event, a seminar we craft every winter around an in-depth educational tasting with our winemaking team. This year’s idea came from another winter task: inventorying the Library. While counting bottles and reviewing hidden gems, we discovered a small selection of Noble Select wines from the Magdalena Vineyard. These include wines we haven’t seen in the Tasting Room in quite some time: the very last of the 2010 Magdalena Noble Select Chardonnay and 2012 Magdalena Noble Select Sauvignon Blanc.

For some of you, this may be the first time you’ve heard about these wines we made over a decade ago. They’ve been quietly resting in the dark, awaiting their moment to shine again. For wine connoisseurs, a good dessert wine is like comfort food, perfect for these cold days of winter. We’ve paired each library-vintage Noble Select with a unique bite to show just how versatile they really are. Join us for this unique seminar where we share the last of these wines and wrap up our week of “wonder.”
