On Saturday, 7 February, winemaker Fred Merwarth will be presenting every vintage of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard Cabernet Franc, from 2004 to 2013. This is a rare opportunity to explore a decade of Cabernet Franc production in the Finger Lakes and to discuss winemaking, viticulture, and vintage variations with Fred and fellow enthusiasts.
