The magazine also states: “Leading the way […] are the bottlings from Hermann J. Wiemer..” and “..Winemaker Fred Merwarth continues to set the bar for the region as a whole. The HJW Vineyard in particular is a rapier, with great precision and balance that should reward cellaring.”
