Single Vineyard Riesling Vertical – February 6, 2016

Jan 21, 2016 | Events, Wiemer Archives

We invite you to join us as winemaker Fred Merwarth leads guests on an exploration of the history, development, and future of Riesling production in our Magdalena and HJW vineyards. Through side by side comparisons of five vintages from each site, including early experiments with site specific bottlings, the tasting will focus on the many decisions that go into the management and presentation of these unique wines.

There will be two seatings of the Single Vineyard Vertical. A selection of cheeses and hors d’oeuvres will follow each. Seatings are limited to 24 guests.

To RSVP, contact Tracey Dello Stritto at [email protected] or call the winery at (607) 243-7971.
