Winter “Wonder”land Week: Pruning the Vineyard at Standing Stone

While the vines may be dormant, they still need care in the winter, in fact, it’s a crucial time for vineyard management. We’ll layer up and join Director of Vineyard Biology, Thijs, to learn about the skilled task of pruning. Discover how we prune our vines in preparation for the coming growing season and the reasoning behind each cut. After your viticulture lesson, we’ll warm up inside the Standing Stone Tasting Lounge with one of Oskar’s Swedish favorites: rosehip soup and glühwein.
