Winter “Wonder”land Week: Aging Gracefully: Wine Library Workshop

Building your own wine library isn’t out of reach, and it’s not strictly about buying wine that’s already 20 years old. We spend a few months each winter on inventory and planning for our Library program, a meticulous task that gives us a chance to taste wines we haven’t touched in years. Join us as we share tips for building your own wine cellar by sharing ours.
