Our Winemaking Team is excited to share the thought process behind the many decisions that piece by piece build the wines of the style and quality Hermann J. Wiemer is known for. Come have your winemaking questions answered and your curiosity satisfied!
If you’d like to do a full tasting of current vintage wines, we highly recommend making a separate reservation for a seated, educational tasting at 12:30pm to follow the conclusion of the event.
