This five-course experience features ten wines, including both new releases and longtime classics, highlighting how our farming and winemaking continue to adapt to a changing climate.
Led by Fred and Oskar, alongside Chef Drew Nichols, the evening will explore thoughtful pairings, innovative techniques, and a forward-looking vision for Finger Lakes wine.
