Sparkling wine has been part of the Hermann J. Wiemer story since the beginning, and after almost 50 years of making bubbles we have so much to share about this small but incredible part of Finger Lakes wine. Hosted in our tasting room at Standing Stone and guided by our winemaking team, you’ll taste through a varied selection of sparkling wines showcasing the breadth of our production, while learning how sparkling wine is made and the behind the scenes details of how we craft each of our classic bubbles.
*Please note: This event is being held at the Standing Stone tasting room on the east side of Seneca Lake and not at the Hermann J. Wiemer location.
