Open Doors: Cellar Tour

Visit us at Hermann J. Wiemer and enjoy an interactive and educational tour of the cellar and winemaking facility. Through this guided experience we’ll explore the spaces, tools and thought process we use to make our wines. You’ll taste both current vintage wines and works in progress right from the tank, with ample opportunity to ask questions! You never know what we’ll be working on and what cellar secrets you might see!
After the tour you’ll taste a small selection of wines to help connect what you’ve seen in the cellar to the final version in your glass. If you’d like to do a more expansive tasting, we highly recommend making a separate reservation for a seated, educational tasting at 1:30pm to have time to finish before the tour begins.
Please note:
*The cellar can be chilly so please bring an extra layer to make sure you’re comfortable.
*Please leave your pets at home as they can not join you in the cellar.
