We invite our Kabinett members and guests to attend a tour of our Demeter-certified Biodynamic farm!
Join our vineyard management team for an in-depth look at how we apply this farming process to our home vineyard and its surrounding land, from the soil and floor up to the canopy. We will discuss the history of how we converted from conventional farming to now being the only Demter-certified Biodynamic vineyard east of the Rocky Mountains in the United States. Interact with our sheep and other farm animals, get a behind-the-scenes look at our equipment and farming practices, and learn about the changes we experienced in vine and wine over the years. Tour participants will gain an understanding of Biodynamic farming from the philosophical to the practical as you walk some of the vineyard.
We’ll spend a few hours in the vineyard, ready to answer your questions and give you ideas on how you can bring Biodynamic farming techniques to your home gardens. We’ll also taste through
a selection of our Biodynamic wine portfolio – including our first release with the official Demeter certification on it.
Tickets are $80 per person and $60 per Kabinett member. Please login to receive your Kabinett discount.
