Vintage:  2019 Varietal(s):  Saperavi Harvest Dates:  10/7 Pick Location(s):  SSV Red block, SSV Long block Alcohol by Volume:  12.5% Vinification Techniques:  Hand picked, indigenous yeast fermentation, fermented in stainless steel with mixture of pumpover and punchdowns, 15% whole cluster inclusion. Aged for 10 months in combination of 225L & 500L neutral Hungarian barrels,and stainless steel, about 70% oak, 30% stainless steel. Bottled in August 2019. Cases Produced:  238 cases
