SSV Chardonnay

This Chardonnay, sourced from our 1974 plantings, is fresh and exuberant with both a broad mid-palate and crisp finish. A small portion of the wine was briefly aged in large format and neutral barrels. This imparts a delicate richness to the wine that is balanced by driving acidity and minerality. Exceedingly food-friendly, pair this wine with everything from mild cheeses to herb seasoned poultry or enjoy on its own.
