HJW Chardonnay Bio

This wine highlights our commitment to ecosystem health and comprehensive viticulture practices. We adhere to unique farming methods that focus not solely on our vineyards but on the totality of our farm, promoting biodiversity in adjacent fields, forests, and meadows, while utilizing cover crops, beneficials, and homeopathic teas and preparations. The 2021 HJW Chardonnay Bio is our second release of a bottling made from Hermann's original 1978 planting of Chardonnay farmed biodynamically on our HJW Vineyard site. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then aged large format neutral Hungarian oak.
