We have been waiting a long time (about 15 years!) to be able to release a set of wines like this!  This is an incredibly limited collection of our first three sparkling wines that we set aside in our sparkling cages to be brought back out to be disgorged 10 years after they were tucked away into their secondary fermentations. Our first 10-year disgorgement, the 2006, was the anniversary bottle of Fred, Oskar and Maressa's 10-year anniversary of owning the winery.  Our next selection was the 2009 - which received an astounding 95 points for Decanter, where Charles Curtis, a Mater of Wine said it was among one of the best sparkling wines ever produced in the United States.  And finally, our most recent 10-year offering - the 2011 Cuvée Brut - a wine that has been a long-time staff favorite - a beautiful representation of the bright, fresh nature of acidity and fruit that can show itself long after a sparkling wine has been bottled.
