A truly exceptional Blanc de Blanc. Clean, intense nose showing warm, rich notes of brioche and roasted almonds. Well balanced, rich wine with notes of soft honey flavors. Slight mineral notes and a long sustained finish.

A Pinot Noir based sparkling with a glorious expression of classic Champagne flavors of apple and citrus aromas on the nose. On the palate there is exotic maturity, nut flavors supported by a harmonious structure.
