SSV Merlot

Sourced from our 1994 parcel of Merlot, this wine reflects the lithe and generous qualities of the varietal while exhibiting impressive structure. With aromas of plum and tobacco and supple tannins, this wine is food-friendly and quite approachable. An extended time in neutral barrel has softened the primary fruit flavors and allows for notes of currant and clove to shine.
