This year’s idea came from another winter task: inventorying the Library. While counting bottles and reviewing hidden gems\, we discovered a small selection of Noble Select wines from the Magdalena Vineyard. These include wines we haven’t seen in the Tasting Room in quite some time: the very last of the 2010 Magdalena Noble Select Chardonnay and 2012 Magdalena Noble Select Sauvignon Blanc. \nFor some of you\, this may be the first time you’ve heard about these wines we made over a decade ago. They’ve been quietly resting in the dark\, awaiting their moment to shine again. For wine connoisseurs\, a good dessert wine is like comfort food\, perfect for these cold days of winter.
