DESCRIPTION:Harvest is upon us at Hermann J. Wiemer! Our vineyard management team is ready to welcome you on a Flower Day Farm Tour. They will give you an overview of what a “typical” day during harvest on the farm looks like. You will learn about how we utilize the Biodynamic calendar\, what a day in the life on the press pad looks like – and then you’ll head out to the vineyard for a true view of harvest in the field. We’ll cover how we pick – what we’re looking for in the vineyard and we’ll demonstrate how we actually hand harvest. While we’re out and about\, you may even see our <in>famous geese! At the end of your farm tour\, you will enjoy a glass of wine and be able to ask any additional questions to our vineyard team. \nIf you would like to do a full tasting\, we recommend booking either before at 11:30am or after at 2:30pm.
