Merlot (2007)
Due to the superior potential of the 2007 Vintage, we bottled a small lot of Merlot, which has not been done since 1998. The wine is drinkable now but will greatly improve with cellar aging. It is an energetic wine with ripe black and red fruit such as plums, red and black currant with notes of rosemary and an impressive tannin structure.

Cabernet Franc Reserve (2007)
The 2007 Cabernet Franc Reserve exhibits a sensational inky ruby red color with ripe plum and berry flavors on the nose. The palate is full and round with fine but firm tannins and a soft, elegant finish. Will benefit with cellar aging

Pinot Noir Rosé (2006)
Delicate and fresh aromas of red berry, cherry and strawberry. Soft and round, the mid-palate offers floral, strawberry and red currant Pinot Noir characters that extend through to a dry savory back palate.

- Vinification Techniques: Cold soaked on the skins for 7 days. Whole Cluster Press - Cold Fermentation

Dry Rosé NV
An unusually full-bodied rosé with hints of raspberry and a long dry finish. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

- Vinification Techniques: Whole Cluster Press - Cold Fermentation

Pinot Noir (2006)
A medium-bodied, smooth, dry wine with some of the best Pinot Noir characteristics - garnet red in color, French oak and black cherries on the nose and palate, and a light tannin effect on the tongue.

Estate Red (2006)
A lively blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Lemberger and Pinot Noir. Black currant plum, and follows with hints of leather and tobacco. An energetic, well-structured wine with good tannins. Enjoy on a daily basis.

Cabernet Franc (2006)
Showing deep, dense color, firm yet supple tannins, and well defined acidity. This wine is suitable for drinking upon release but will also reward those with the patience to age it.
